Community Surveys

A Policy Governance Model requires statements, be it mission, vision or Ends Statements, that must be tested with community members to determine their validity and value to the people you serve.  It is the job of the organization to launch paths through which data can be collected. These often include an online survey securing quantitative data, and a series of conversations with community members. I have adopted a practice of calling these virtual or in person conversations Wisdom Tables of Reflection which gathered, for me, the qualitative data I was seeking.

Since 2020, I have created 3 community surveys, pored through the data, and authored the final report. These included:

SWOT Survey for PACE

A Community Driven ENDS STATEMENT Survey for PACE

An Eastside Arts, Culture, and Heritage Impact Survey
